I am a classically trained operatic soprano but don't let that scare you. I believe in tailoring what we do to the needs of each student. If music isn't fun, we are doing something wrong. 

From a musical family, I began singing in public at the age of 3. Piano and guitar began somewhere between the ages of 5 and 6. Serious vocal study began when I was 9.

I love almost all styles of music. Opera is, of course, at the top of the list, followed very closely by show tunes. Then comes pop, rock, folk, some country, and I'm even learning an appreciation for rap. (Not that I would know how to teach rap!)
